This policy explains the general approach to GroClicks consulting, marketing and digital services. The proposal, statement of work, order form or other written agreement accepted for a project contains the final commercial terms for that engagement.
Before work begins
A written agreement should identify the scope, deliverables, responsibilities, assumptions, fees, payment schedule, estimated timings, third-party costs and review or acceptance process. A requested start date is not confirmed until the applicable agreement and initial payment requirements have been completed.
Service delivery
Digital marketing and website services involve professional time, research, strategy, configuration, content, design, development, review and third-party systems. Clients must provide timely access, accurate information, assets, approvals and feedback. Delays in those inputs may change the schedule.
Changes and cancellation
Change requests outside the agreed scope may require a revised estimate. A cancellation request should be made in writing. The financial effect of cancellation depends on the written agreement, work already completed or reserved, non-cancellable commitments and third-party costs already incurred.
Refund requests
Refund eligibility is assessed against the written service agreement and applicable law. Fees for work already performed, time already reserved where the agreement allows it, approved deliverables and disclosed third-party costs may not be refundable. A dissatisfaction concern should be raised promptly so the scope, evidence and an appropriate remedy can be reviewed.
No outcome-based refund promise
Marketing performance depends on many factors outside GroClicks’ control. A refund is not automatically due because a ranking, traffic, lead, sale, citation or other commercial outcome differs from an expectation unless the written agreement expressly says otherwise or applicable law requires it.
